Point Mugu
On New Year's Eve we ventured out to the beach only to have it be way too windy to enjoy. Two days later we had a nice 70 degree day and headed back out to the beach for Madilyn to have her first ocean experience.
We were all very pleased with what a beautiful day it was!
Madilyn had a great time playing in the sand.
We even got a little adventurous and decided to go out and get our feet wet!

The picture of you and Madi on the beach with your feet in the sand is amazing! you both look great! I wish I could have been there! Reading your blog made me homesick! I wish we all lived closer! It would be so fun to have the cousins get to help with Madi. Spencer is especially helpful with babies. Super attentive. He helps with Stephanie's baby, Ben, all the time! Be sure to show her pictures of all of us so that when we finally get to meet her she knows who we are! (Oh yeah, and don't forget to whisper in her ear that she "loves Aunt Jen"!) xoxoxox! J

Way to go Madi for braving the cold Pacific Ocean! Next time we see her she'll be walking!! Whoa! Christmas was a blast. So glad we got to see you!
