Adam & Jenn visit

June 19th Adam and Jenn came out for a visit! What a treat it was to have them here! It was a fast visit, but action packed! They got in Thursday night in time to see the kids before bedtime. The girls love company and get super excited to show off all their things and their talents. Cal was another story, but finally warmed up by Friday afternoon and always wanted to know where "Abum" was. 

Friday morning we hit up Silverstand and played on the beach til naptime. We had to head home early on Friday because of Spencer's work party at The Magic Castle (that has been planned six months before). We felt terrible for taking off at 3:30 and being gone the entire night, but Adam and Jenn went out on the town and managed to have fun without us. 

Saturday morning we were up early for a day of sailing out to the islands. 

The kids and I only lasted for a half day of sailing. I was bummed to miss out on hang-out time, but Spencer, Adam, and Jenn brought dessert home after they picked up some brazilian food. Then we all stayed up late reminicing about high school / college days. It was fun chatting and getting to know Jenn better. So glad they chose to come visit us! Looking forward to seeing them in just a couple weeks up in Utah!
